Studio and Class Descriptions
Special Event DescriptionsKick off Event- Cycle|Run|Stretch- Thursday May 2nd, 6:45pm
Start off at FlyWheel (600 Central Ave) for a 20 minute Cycle Class, hop off your bike, put on your running shoes and you will be led on a 20 minute Run through Downtown Highland Park, your run will end at Shri Yoga Center (1725 McGovern Ave.) for a 20 minute Stretch.
Thursday Night Fun Runs- Thursdays May 9, 16, & 23, 6:00pm
Meet up at Equinox (799 Central Ave.) for a 3 mile Fun Run throughout Downtown Highland Park. The run will be led by trainers from Equinox, and is based on an 8-9 minute mile pace. Route cards will be provided for those that might not be up to speed. This event is limited to 15 people per run, call Jen Mojica at 847-681-7777 to reserve your space. Participants in the run will also receive complimentary access to the club that day as well as locker room access. There will be a raffle each week for a one month membership, water bottle and Zagat Dining Guide.
Indulge- A Fitness & Beauty Celebration- Saturday May 11th, 11:00am-2:00pm
Join us at Port Clinton Square(600 Central Ave) for a day of feeling fabulous with free fitness classes and complimentary beauty services.
Fitness classes include:
- 11:00am- FlyBarre class
- 12:00pm- Kung Fu Power Demonstration
- 1:00pm- Tai Chi Class by Kung Fu Power

Biggest Loser Celebration Ride- Saturday May 18th, 12:00pm
Join FlyWheel (600 Central Ave) in welcoming Biggest Loser Winner Danni Allen along with Finalist Jeff Nichols, and top contestants Francilina Morillo, and Courtney and Marcie Crozier. The celebration ride begins at 12:00pm, followed by a Meet & Greet and photo opportunity. Seating is limited. Sign up at chicago.flywheelsports.com booking window opens Sunday May 12th at 5:00pm.
Wrap-Up Event- Cycle|Run|Stretch- Thursday May 30th, 6:45pm
